Delivery & Returns

We deliver to all UK addresses. Weekday orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day; orders after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

• UK Standard (tracked): 2–3 working days — £3.99, free on orders over £50
• UK Express (tracked): faster delivery — £5.99
• EU: £14.99
• Rest of world (including USA, Canada, Australia, UAE): £23.99

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can be longer during peak periods such as Christmas or Eid. Perfume is classed as a flammable item, so a small number of destinations may be restricted.

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unopened, unused and still in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene reasons, perfumes and cosmetics that have been unsealed or opened can't be returned unless they are faulty. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund parcels lost on the way back to us.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund the original payment method within 14 days. If you return a whole order within 14 days, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

If something arrives damaged, leaking or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.
