Orders
How do I place an order?
Add your perfumes to the bag, open the bag and press Checkout. You can pay as a guest or create an account to track orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are packed quickly, so contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched yet we'll update or cancel it for you.
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes — tick “This order is a gift” in your bag to add a free gift message and hide prices on the delivery note.
Delivery
How long does UK delivery take?
Weekday orders before 2pm are dispatched the same day. UK Standard tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days and costs £3.99 (free over £50); Express is £5.99.
How can I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes — we ship to the EU for £14.99 and to selected countries including the USA, Canada, Australia and the UAE for £23.99. Perfume is classed as a flammable item, so a few destinations may be restricted.
Returns
Can I return a perfume?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances can't be returned unless faulty.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving and checking your return, back to your original payment method.
Products
Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance is sourced from official distributors and brand suppliers. We never sell copies.
What does “Inspired by” mean?
Some Arabic houses create original fragrances with a similar scent profile to well-known designer perfumes. We note it so you know what to expect — the product itself is an original creation of the brand shown.
How long do Arabic perfumes last?
Most Eaux de Parfum and extraits last 6–12 hours on skin and longer on clothes, depending on the fragrance and your skin.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and heat, with the cap on. Bathrooms are usually too warm and humid.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, depending on what's enabled at checkout.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — choose Klarna at checkout to split your order into 3 interest-free payments (subject to approval).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with full encryption, and we never see or store your card details.
