At Eterna Scents, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email our customer service team at support@eternascents.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

  3. Return the item to the address provided. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.

Please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@eternascents.com. We’ll assist you with a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as it may take some time to process the refund.

  2. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@eternascents.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders due to our processing and shipping timelines.
